COVID-19 Policy & Procedure

In these new and dynamic times, Carbon has needed to implement different ways of managing its booking process to ensure the Health & Safety of its clients, staff and the community at large. Carbon is actively involved in the efforts by the South African government to #flattenthecurve and we have had to amend our booking procedures slightly in order to do our part to reduce the impact of the COVID 19 Pandemic.

When you visit Carbon, you will notice that we have taken extraordinary steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our salon, including access to sanitisers at all stations, staff wearing masks, change in the way we handle colour treatments, basin treatments and even our policy on the serving of refreshments and provision of reading material - we would like to remind our customers that everything we have had to change from time to time has been done with careful thought and consideration of your Health & Safety as well as that of our team and community at large.

Carbon would like to thank you for booking with us! We cannot wait to see you. Would would appreciate if you would take a minute to review our new booking policy as well as complete an easy questionnaire prior to you attending your appointment.

Please allow enough time for us to review your response before attending your appointment. This questionnaire will now form part of our consultation process and will be an important source of information for you as to the steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.
